In this document, it will be explained how to track stock levels of specific items. This implementation is available for items which can be sold piece by piece.

How It Works?

1. Configuring Fast Menu Category Settings

Go to Main Menu > Manage > Products > Menu List > Menu > here click on Add Category and name it as Fast Menu.

Once you created the category, you need to add desired items into Fast Menu Category;

After adding items into category, you need to configure Fast Menu Settings;

At this step, you need to add the below phrase which is necessary to track the stock level of items;

Product Name\r{REPORT INVENTORY:Product Name:Warehouse Name}

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Product Name and Invetory Item Name should be Exactly the Same.

As an example, for the Fanta item, you need to copy below phrase and paste it into Header Column

Main Menu > Manage > Products > Menu List > Menu > Select Desired Category > Edit Product Properties> Header

FANTA\r{REPORT INVENTORY:FANTA:Local Warehouse}

Repeat the same process for other desired items as well.

After completing necessary editings, click on Save button.

2.2. Making Purchase into Inventory

Go to Main Menu > Warehouses > click on Purchase button, select the item from list and write the Quantity, Unit, Price information and then click on Save button.

3. Adding Action

Go to Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Actions > here click on Add Action.

Action Name: STK-Refresh Stock Level

Action Type: Change Screen Menu

Parameters:

Screen Menu Name: Menu

After completing necessary editings, click on Save button.
