There may be cases where the Dashboard does not open even though all other reports are opened after the figures to be displayed in the Metric Dashboard exceed the Million level. This situation can be solved by downloading the Import file below and importing it from the Management section.

Download the file below and extract it from the Zip;

Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Database Tools > Tools > Import From File > Select the file you extracted from the zip on this screen.
