How to Create Department?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Navigation &gt; Manage &gt; Departments from this section you can add, edit or delete a new department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department: <\/strong>A restaurant could have different sections by sales, order, workflow structure process. These sections can be using Ticket Type, Menu, Price List, Warehouse, Entity Types as shared or differentiated for a specific department. For example these departments have different functionings; Restaurant, Delivery Service, Take Away, Online Sale, Counter Sale, Game Saloon, Pool etc.<\/p>\n<p>When installing the SambaPOS, it&#8217;s important to configure necessary assignments and associations by paying attention to working structure of restaurant and information that will be created.<\/p>\n<p>Department Creating Needs are Listed in the titles below;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Document Types:<\/strong> Follow the sales and order processes by creating different document for each department. Different document types determine the main spine structure of departments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menu: <\/strong>Each department can use a different product menu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price List:\u00a0<\/strong>Each department can use a different\u00a0price list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Warehouses: <\/strong>Each department can follow different warehouse inventory actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ticket Creating: <\/strong>In here it is decided how to create the document. It is possible that each department can have different sale and order styles.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>A la Carte, Fast Sale and Delivery Management<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>are different then each other.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After saving department name by configuring these settings then perform the activation by Log out \/ Log in.<\/p>\n<p>For department settings continue performing editions, designings, associations,and necassary customizations about User Roles, Entity Screens, Print Jobs, Automation Commands, Action \/ Rules and Reports.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It is possible to add into a single department, more than one Document Type, Menu, Price List, Warehouse and Entity Types. If it&#8217;s different, then create a new menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Warehouse: <\/strong>Select the previously created warehouse to use in department. If it&#8217;s different, then create a new one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Price Tag:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the previously created price tag to use in department. If a new price will be used, then create a new one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Ticket Creation\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Method: <\/strong>Select the Entity Selection template.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>1- Select Entity: <\/strong>Firstly, select entity from entity screens and then take the order.
