In this document it will be explained how to handle Quest Payment Integration on SambaPOS.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 First of all, while SambaPOS is completely shut down,<\/span> move the QuestController.dll<\/span> file into the SambaPOS5 folder that was in Program Files(x86).<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Don\u2019t forget to fill Pos Gateway ID and POS ID in Local Settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n

– You should follow this<\/a><\/span> guide to add the Quest Operations<\/span> as a New Module.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After that you should turn on Custom Navigation<\/strong> from the Display Section<\/strong> of Local Settings;<\/p>\n

With that you should be able to see the Quest Payments<\/strong> module section in your Navigation Screen;<\/p>\n

You can display the tickets you have between a certain time range and perform Refund<\/strong> or Settle<\/strong> as you wish.<\/p>\n

Display Ticket will redirect you to the Tickets and list you the details of the chosen ticket.<\/p>\n

Ticket Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Go to Main Menu ><\/strong> POS<\/strong> section in the and then select your desired ticket.<\/p>\n

After selecting, clicking the Credit Card button on the right side will initiate a transaction process which will be conducted by the PinPad.<\/p>\n
