In this document, it will be explained how to apply International Bancard Integration for SambaPOS V5 Pro.<\/p>\n

1. Configuring Custom Navigation Screen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Program Settings > Maintenance<\/strong> > here, create custom navigation screen buttons by clicking on Create Default Navigation Buttons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> buton.<\/p>\n

After creating buttons, go to Main Menu > Manage > Settings<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Local Settings > Display > <\/strong>here, click on Allow Custom Navigation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Adding Automation Command<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands > <\/strong>here\u00a0click on\u00a0Add Automation Command<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

General Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Category:<\/strong> Navigation<\/p>\n

Button Header:<\/strong> International Bancard<\/p>\n

Clear Selection:<\/strong> Must be selected.<\/p>\n

Navigation Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Navigation Module:<\/strong> Payment Operations<\/p>\n

Mappings Section Settings;<\/strong><\/p>\n

In here add a row by clicking on Add<\/strong> button and configure the settings as below image.<\/p>\n

When you finish with the above steps, Restart<\/strong> the SambaPOS 5 Pro.<\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Accounts > Accounts >\u00a0<\/strong>here click on Add Account.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Account Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales Accounts<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> buton.<\/p>\n

4. Adding Tip Transaction Type<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Accounts > Account Transaction Types >\u00a0<\/strong>here click on Add Account Transaction Type.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Account Transaction Type Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales Transactions<\/p>\n

Source Account Type (Debit):<\/strong> Receivable Accounts<\/p>\n

Target Account Credit (Credit):<\/strong> Tip Accounts<\/p>\n

Default Source Account:<\/strong> Receivables<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> buton.<\/p>\n

5. Adding Calculation Type<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Tickets > Calculation Types ><\/strong> here click on Add Calculation Type.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Account Transaction Type:<\/strong> Tip Transaction<\/p>\n

Calculation Method:<\/strong> Fixed Amount<\/p>\n

Include Tax:<\/strong> Must be selected<\/p>\n

6. Adding Calculation Selector<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Tickets > Calculation Selectors ><\/strong> here click on Add Calculation Selector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calculation Type:<\/strong> Click on Add<\/strong> button and select Tip<\/strong> as calculation type.<\/p>\n

7. Configuring Module Settings (Local Settings)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Local Settings > Module Settings > <\/strong>here configure the settings according to below image.<\/p>\n

Payment Type:<\/strong> Sell<\/p>\n

Terminal:<\/strong> In case you have multiple terminals you need to pair the related terminal with the IB Card device for the process.<\/p>\n

Stattion ID:\u00a0<\/strong>You can use any number.<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> buton.<\/p>\n

Remove Calculation After Fail: <\/strong>Discount<\/p>\n

Refund Account Name: <\/strong>Sales<\/p>\n

Refund Transaction Type Name:<\/strong> Customer Credit Card<\/p>\n

Private Token:<\/strong> You need to provide this from International Bancard portal.<\/p>\n

Public Token:<\/strong> You need to provide this from International Bancard portal.<\/p>\n
