In this doucment, it will be explained how to log caller Id calls on SambaPOS V5 Pro.<\/p>\n

a- You need to complete the Caller ID setup according to steps of below document.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Actions > <\/strong>Here, click on Add Action.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Rules > <\/strong>Here, click on Execute When Clicked on CallerId Popup > <\/strong>Open this rule, click on Select Action <\/strong>button, move\u00a0CallerID Log<\/strong>\u00a0Action<\/strong>\u00a0from Action List<\/strong> to Selected Actions<\/strong> part by double clicking on it.<\/p>\n

3- Creating HTML Viewer on Delivery Service Entity Screen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On Delivery Service Screen, activate Design Mode <\/strong>by\u00a0right clicking on mouse, then click on Add Widget<\/strong> option and select\u00a0Html Viewer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select created HTML Viewer<\/strong> and click on Settings<\/strong> and then type\u00a0file:\/\/\/C:\/CalleridLog.html<\/code>\u00a0into URL <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n
