In this document, it will be explained setup and usage of Android Caller ID Application.<\/p>\n

By using Android Caller Id Application, you will be able to redirect the incoming calls of your mobile phone to SambaPOS just like using a normal caller Id device. You can track the customers who called you and get their orders through this app.
\nIn order to use this feature, you need to have\u00a0SambaPOS 5.2.22<\/strong>\u00a0version installed.<\/p>\n

You can purchase the license through Community Portal (https:\/\/cp.sambapos.com\u00a0<\/a>)<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTE: All of the Google Services must be installed on the mobile device.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Installing Caller ID Module on SambaPOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Samba Market > Caller ID Module ><\/strong>\u00a0here, click on Install\u00a0<\/strong>and Restart<\/strong> the SambaPOS.<\/p>\n

2. Installing Advanced Delivery Screen Setup<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If Advanced Delivery Screen Setup is not installed, you should install it\u00a0 by following the steps of this\u00a0this<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>document.<\/p>\n

3. Adding Cellular Caller Id As Device<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Local Settings > Devices ><\/strong> Click on Add,\u00a0<\/strong>select\u00a0CellularCallerId, and configure settings as below image.<\/p>\n

Click on Settings<\/strong> and configure as below;<\/p>\n

Popup Name:<\/strong> CIDPOPUP<\/p>\n

Entity Type Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Customers<\/p>\n

Department Name:<\/strong> Restaurant<\/p>\n

Entity Screen Name:<\/strong> Delivery<\/p>\n

Widget Name:<\/strong> Callerid Widget<\/p>\n

Trim Chars:<\/strong>\u00a0Internation Phone Code of your country.<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

4. Configuring Caller ID Pop Up Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.1. Adding Action<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Actions > <\/strong>here, click Add Action.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

4.2. Adding Rule<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Rules > <\/strong>here, click Add Rule.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Event Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Popup Clicked<\/p>\n

Execute Rule if: <\/strong>Matches<\/p>\n

Add Csutom Constraint:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Name|Equals|CIDPOPUP<\/p>\n

Select Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Action:<\/strong>\u00a0DLV_CallerID Set Widget Value<\/p>\n

Phone:<\/strong>\u00a0Phone:[:Data]<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery Service Customer Screen Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > POS > Delivery Service Screen > here, right click on mouse, open the Design Mode, select Customers Window, right click and select Properties, <\/strong>type\u00a0Callerid Widget<\/strong>\u00a0into Name<\/strong> field and then click Ok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Switch off the Design Mode<\/strong> by right clicking on mouse so that the changes will be saved.<\/p>\n

6. Configuring Settings of Android Caller ID Application<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Download Android Caller ID Application from here<\/span>,<\/a> install it to your phone and configure the settings according to below images.<\/p>\n
