This implementation is based on, giving specially defined any product as gift to the new customer for once. Promotion will be active only one time for each new customer. It will be possible to display on the end of day report that, how many promotion given away during the day.<\/p>\n

To be able to use this, you need to follow steps below;<\/p>\n

1- Adding New Product<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the product that will be added into each New Customer’s ticket as gift.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Main Menu > Manage > Products > Product List ><\/strong> in here click on Add Product<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

Product Name:<\/strong> Give a proper name for gift product. (In the example; New Customer Gift Pack)<\/p>\n

Group Code:<\/strong> Give a proper name for the group code of gift product. (In the example; Promotion)<\/p>\n

Portion Prices:<\/strong> Add a portion by clicking on Add<\/strong> button and leave the price as 0.<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

2- Adding Automation Command<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This button will be visible only for New Customer states and it will add the product into the ticket.<\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands<\/strong>\u00a0> in here click on Add Automation Command<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

Genereal Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Name:<\/strong> Give proper name for automation command. (In the example; GP-Gift Pack For New Customer)<\/p>\n

Button Header: <\/strong>Select the name that will be seen on Automation Command. (In the example; Gift Pack)<\/p>\n

Color: <\/strong>Select a color for the button as you desired.<\/p>\n

Clear Selection:<\/strong> Select this box.<\/p>\n

Mappings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add a row by clicking on Add<\/strong> button and configure the settings according to image below.<\/p>\n

Go to Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Actions ><\/strong> in here click on Add Action<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n
