It is possible to add\u00a0service charge manually to tickets by percentage calculation or by adding a fixed amount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1-Adding Service Charge Account<\/h2>\n

In order to add the service charge account, on the navigation screen, go to\u00a0 Main Menu > Manage > Accounts > Accounts ><\/strong> from here click on Add Account<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

    Account Name: <\/strong>Field that the name of account is written. (In the example; Service Charge)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Account Template:<\/strong>\u00a0Select Sales Accounts template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    2-Adding Transaction Type<\/h2>\n

    It is necessary to add a new Account Transaction Type in order to determine the new created account will be establishing debit\/credit relation between which accounts.<\/p>\n

    Go to\u00a0Main Menu > Manage > Accounts > Transaction Types<\/strong>\u00a0from here click on\u00a0Add Account Transaction Type<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/p>\n

      Source Account Type (Debit): <\/strong>\u00a0Select Sales accounts templates.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Target Account Type (Credit): <\/strong>\u00a0Select Receiveble accounts template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Default Source Account: <\/strong>\u00a0Field to select previously created account (Service Charge)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Default Target Account: <\/strong>\u00a0Select Receivebles template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      3- Adding Account Template<\/h2>\n

      Go to\u00a0Main Menu > Manage > Tickets > Calculation Templates<\/strong>\u00a0from here click on\u00a0Add Calculation Template<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        Template Name:<\/strong> Write the name of calculation template here. (For example; Service Charge)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Account Transaction Type:\u00a0<\/strong>Select Service Charge Transactions template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • Calculation Method:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the template which desired to be reflected on the ticket.\u00a0In the example it is selected as rate from ticket amount.<\/li>\n

        Rate and Amount:\u00a0<\/strong>Reflect desired % of service charge by writing rate or amount in here.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

        4- Adding Automation Command<\/h2>\n

        To determine that how the service charge will be added to ticket when pressed on the button, on the navigation screen, go to Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands ><\/strong> from here click on Add Automation Command<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

        General Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Name:<\/strong> Field to write name of automation command (For example; Service Charge)<\/p>\n

        Button Header:<\/strong>\u00a0Field to select how the button will be displayed (In the example; Service Charge)<\/p>\n

        Color:<\/strong> Select a color for button according to your wish.<\/p>\n

        Mappings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

        In mappings section, add a row by clicking on Add<\/strong> button. In this way, it will be determined that automation command will be displayed where and under which department, for which ticket type.<\/p>\n

        After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

        5- Adding Action<\/h2>\n

        Go to Main Menu > Manage > Automations > Actions ><\/strong> in here click on Add Action<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

        6- Adding Rule<\/h2>\n

        Go to Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Rules ><\/strong> in here click on Add Rule<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

        \nAdd Custom Constraint:\u00a0<\/strong>Automation Command Name | Equals | Service Charge

        After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

        Once you’ve done with the above steps, when you click on the Service Charge<\/strong> button in the ticket, 10% service charge will be added .<\/p>\n

        To Cancel<\/strong> the Service Charge, you can click one more time to the button.<\/p>\n
