Inventory movements of the products which has been sold after starting work day are displayed, managed and tracked in this menu.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Warehouses Screen:<\/strong>\u00a0It shows current Warehouse inventory status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Display Cost Screen:<\/strong>\u00a0It shows current item costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Purchase Screen: <\/strong>Warehouse purchases are made in here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Note:<br \/>\nIn warehouses menu, it is possible to display inventory status and costs that only from the last start work period process. For different working periods, use related <strong>Reports<\/strong> from <strong>Navigation &gt; Reports<\/strong> menu.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory entry operation into warehouse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Inventory:<\/strong>\u00a0Name of purchased raw materials, semi-finished products and products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Product:<\/strong>\u00a0The goods that are offered for sale by producing the inventories by using recipes are called <strong>Product<\/strong>\u00a0(The products which without recipe, can&#8217;t be displayed in the warehouse.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Inventory Cost: <\/strong>It is calculated by dividing inventory price total to inventory quantity total.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Product Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0Calculated by dividing inventory quantity that used in recipes to inventory cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.sambapos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/5-5-7-b-How-to-Purchase-Item-Into-Inventory-01-1024x546.jpg\" width=\"643\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>1- Warehouses Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Purchased inventory raw materials, semi-finished products and products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unit:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory transaction unit (Quantity, Kg, Lt, Cl etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transfer:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory status that transferred from previous working period. (Inventory amount after sale and counting)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventories that has been purchased after start work period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0After start work period, proportioning of current inventories to purchasing price.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumption:\u00a0<\/strong>Product transaction amount. (Little soup)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sold Amount:<\/strong>\u00a0Amount of sold products. It is also possible to customize ticket number according to restaurant&#8217;s need.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entity:<\/strong>\u00a0For inventory purchase you can select <strong>Supplier Entity<\/strong> selection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description: <\/strong>It is possible to write reminder about purchase operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When you click on <strong>Add <\/strong>button, you will see below titles;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory Name (Product, Semi-finished product)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quantity: <\/strong>Inventory Quantity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unit: <\/strong>Inventory Unit Definiton.
