Go to Navigation ><\/strong>\u00a0Warehouses. Inventory movements of the products which has been sold after starting work day are displayed, managed and tracked in this menu.<\/p>\n

  1. Warehouses Screen:<\/strong>\u00a0It shows current Warehouse inventory status.<\/li>\n
  2. Display Cost Screen:<\/strong>\u00a0It shows current item costs.<\/li>\n
  3. Purchase Screen: <\/strong>Warehouse purchases are made in here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:
    \nIn warehouses menu, it is possible to display inventory status and costs that only from the last start work period process. For different working periods, use related Reports<\/strong> from Navigation > Reports<\/strong> menu.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory entry operation into warehouse.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Inventory:<\/strong>\u00a0Name of purchased raw materials, semi-finished products and products.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Product:<\/strong>\u00a0The goods that are offered for sale by producing the inventories by using recipes are called Product<\/strong>\u00a0(The products which without recipe, can’t be displayed in the warehouse.)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Inventory Cost: <\/strong>It is calculated by dividing inventory price total to inventory quantity total.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Product Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0Calculated by dividing inventory quantity that used in recipes to inventory cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1- Warehouses Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Purchased inventory raw materials, semi-finished products and products.<\/li>\n
      • Unit:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory transaction unit (Quantity, Kg, Lt, Cl etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Transfer:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory status that transferred from previous working period. (Inventory amount after sale and counting)<\/li>\n
      • Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventories that has been purchased after start work period.<\/li>\n
      • Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0After start work period, proportioning of current inventories to purchasing price.<\/li>\n
      • Consumption:\u00a0<\/strong>Product transaction amount. (Total amount that after Sales, Void, Gift, Lost)<\/li>\n
      • Inventory:\u00a0<\/strong>Inventory amount after transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        2-\u00a0Display Cost<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Product Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Goods that produced for sale.<\/li>\n
        • Portion:<\/strong>\u00a0Defined different unit amounts of sold products. (Little soup)<\/li>\n
        • Sold Amount:<\/strong>\u00a0Amount of sold products. (Including Void, Gift)<\/li>\n
        • Cost: <\/strong>Inventory cost.<\/li>\n
        • Average Price:<\/strong>\u00a0Average price through purchasing prices after start work period.<\/li>\n
        • Profit Rate:<\/strong>\u00a0Profit rate that is calculated by Purchase\/Production, cost price and sale price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3- Inventory Purchase (Entry) Operations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          • \n
              \n
            • Ticket Number:<\/strong>\u00a0SambaPOS automatically uses the process date as ticket number. It is also possible to customize ticket number according to restaurant’s need.<\/li>\n
            • Entity:<\/strong>\u00a0For inventory purchase you can select Supplier Entity<\/strong> selection.<\/li>\n
            • Description: <\/strong>It is possible to write reminder about purchase operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • When you click on Add <\/strong>button, you will see below titles;\u00a0<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory Name (Product, Semi-finished product)<\/li>\n
                • Quantity: <\/strong>Inventory Quantity.<\/li>\n
                • Unit: <\/strong>Inventory Unit Definiton. (Piece, Kg, Gr, Lt, Can, Box)<\/li>\n
                • Price:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory unit price.<\/li>\n
                • Total:<\/strong>\u00a0Inventory total price amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Create a purchase line for inventory purchase by using Add<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
                • It is possible to delete these lines.<\/li>\n
                • When you click on Save<\/strong> button purchasing process will be saved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
