In this document, it will be explained how to add Covers<\/strong>\u00a0to ticket according to Person Count.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Couvert means a service that opened for a table in hotel\/accommodation sector. It includes all essential things to be able to have a meal on the table. For some restaurants it requires charge for some services beside orders. Couvert also means person count too.<\/p>\n

1. Adding Cover Product<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Products > Product List > <\/strong>in here click on Add Product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Group Codu:<\/strong>\u00a0Couvert<\/p>\n

Tag:<\/strong>\u00a0Cvr<\/p>\n

Portion:<\/strong> Normal<\/p>\n

Multiplier:<\/strong> 1<\/p>\n

Price:<\/strong> 10.00<\/p>\n

After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

2. Adding Ticket Tag<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Tickets > Ticket Tags > <\/strong>in here click on Add Ticket Tag.<\/strong><\/p>\n

General Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ticket Tag Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Person Count<\/p>\n

Selection Required:<\/strong>\u00a0This box has to be selected.<\/p>\n

Ask Before Creating Ticket:<\/strong> This box has to be selected.<\/p>\n

Free Tagging:<\/strong> Selecting this box is optional.<\/p>\n

Tagging Type:<\/strong> Alfanumeric<\/p>\n

Sub Tags Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the mappings section, add a mapping row by clicking on Add button.<\/p>\n

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Actions > <\/strong>in here click on Add Action.<\/strong><\/p>\n
