After making connection and necessary configurations on SambaPOS, Caller Id becomes usable for delivery service.<\/p>\n

In the example it will be shown what to do in cases of receiving a call from saved and unsaved customer.<\/p>\n

Receiving Call from Unsaved Customer<\/h2>\n

When received call from\u00a0unsaved customer<\/strong>\u00a0on the Caller ID, at the bottom right\u00a0corner it shows phone number of the calling person, date and time info.<\/p>\n

When clicked on Popup, it redirects you to\u00a0entity screen. Click on\u00a0Create\u00a0New Customer<\/strong>\u00a0link here.<\/p>\n

In the window after filling customer information fields, first click on save button and then\u00a0Create Account<\/strong>\u00a0button to add a current account for the customer.<\/p>\n

After creating account process for the customer, click on\u00a0Select Customer<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

After taking customer orders on the ticket, click on\u00a0Close<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

So that orders of newly created customer will be displayed on the waiting orders column.<\/p>\n

Receiving Call from Saved Customer<\/h2>\n

When a\u00a0Saved Customer<\/strong>\u00a0calling on CallerID, it shows name of the customer on the bottom right corner.<\/p>\n
