It is possible to sell same product with different prices to different customer groups. For example\u00a0while price of a menu is 10 for employees of company A, it could be 12 for employees of company B.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Updating Customer Entity Type<\/h2>\n

Add a custom field for existing customer entity type in order to differentiate employess of companies.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Go to Manage > Entities > Entity Types<\/strong> from here click on Customers.<\/p>\n

Custom Fields Section;<\/strong>
\nTo add a new custom field click on Add Custom Field<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

Write the names of companies into values field by separating them with , (comma)<\/p>\n

After completing necessary fields, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Adding Price Definitions<\/h2>\n

Go to Manage > Products > Price Definitions <\/strong>from here click on Add Price Definition<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

  • Price Definition Name: <\/strong>Write\u00a0here name of the company.<\/li>\n
  • Price Tag: <\/strong>Write the price tag here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After completing necessary fields, click on\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0button. Repeat the same process for other companies too.<\/p>\n

    Go to Manage > Products > Price List Editor<\/strong>\u00a0from here determine the both normal and customized prices.<\/p>\n

      Adding Rule to Configure the Prices<\/h2>\n

      Go to Manage > Automation > Rules<\/strong> from here click on Add Rule<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

      • Rule Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Give a proper name for the rule. (For example; Make Company A Price)<\/li>\n
      • Event Name: <\/strong>Select Order Added to Ticket <\/strong>template.<\/li>\n
      • Add Custom Constraint: <\/strong>Add a line in this field.\n

        • {ENTITY DATA:Customer:Company A}\u00a0| Equals | Company A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Actions > Select Action:<\/strong>\u00a0Select the action which created on previous step (Update Orders According to Company) Write Company A into Price List field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          After completing necessary fields, click on\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0button. Same rule has to be created for other companies too.<\/p>\n

          When selected a customer that company information already added, sale will be through the custom price of this company.<\/p>\n
