In SambaPOS you can calculate automatically the price of products that rented for time duration. It is possisble to rent hourly tables in the game saloons, billiards or playstation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1- Product Adding<\/h2>\n

To add the games as product, go to Manage > Products > Product List<\/strong> from here click on Add Product<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

  • Product Name: <\/strong>Write the name of product to be rented. (For example; Billiards, PS4 etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Group Code:<\/strong>\u00a0Write the group name of product.<\/li>\n
  • Portion Prices:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on Add Portion link and write hourly renting price of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After completing necessary fields click on Save<\/strong> button. Repeat the same process for other products that will be rented.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    2- Adding Product to Menu<\/h2>\n

    Go to Manage > Products > Menu List<\/strong> from here double click on Menu and open the Menu Editing Tab.<\/p>\n

    Click on Add Category<\/strong> link to create a category for added games.<\/p>\n

    Write the category name of game (product), click on\u00a0Ok<\/strong> button. Select the games (product) by double clicking on Games title.<\/p>\n

    After adding related products into the category, first click on Ok<\/strong> button and then Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    3- Adding Product Timer<\/h2>\n

    Go to Manage > Products > Product Timers<\/strong> from here click on Add Product Timer<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    General Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Name: <\/strong>Write the name of product timer. (For example; Game Timers)<\/li>\n
    • Price Duration Type: <\/strong>Select the time expression of duration type. (For example; minute)\n
        \n
      • Minute: <\/strong>Indicates that there will be an increase of period as much as written in the price duration.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(For example; If it is written 60 in the price duration, then there will be period incrase every 60 minutes)<\/li>\n
      • Hour:<\/strong>\u00a0Indicates that there will be an increase of period as much as written in the price duration.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(For example; If it is written 2 in the price duration, then there will be period incrase every 2 hours)<\/li>\n
      • Day:<\/strong>\u00a0Indicates that there will be an increase of period as much as written in the price duration.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (For example; If it is written 1 in the price duration, then there will be period incrase each day 1 time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Price Duration:<\/strong> Field to write the value of real price.<\/li>\n
      • Minimum Time:<\/strong>\u00a0Indicates the minimum time to be charged depending on selected Pricing type.<\/li>\n
      • Time Rounding:<\/strong>\u00a0It makes possible to round up the amount in case of closing the ticket out of determined periods. (For example; If it is selected as 5 and timer stopped on 43rd minute then it is rounded as 45 minutes)<\/li>\n
      • Start Time:<\/strong>\u00a0It is used for calculating the price at any time of the day in case of there will be daily renting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Select the department, role, ticket type, product, product group for timer and click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

        Important Note: It is necessary to stop the timer completely in order to close the ticket. To close a ticket that has a product with timer, click on “Stop Timer” button and then take the payment.<\/em><\/p>\n
