It is possible to add to tickets service charge\u00a0automatically by percentage calculation or by adding a fixed amount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Adding Service Charge Account<\/h2>\n

Go to Manage > Accounts > Accounts<\/strong> from here click on Add Account<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

    Account Name: <\/strong>Write the name of account. (For example Service Charge)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Account Template: <\/strong>Select Sales Accounts template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After completing necessary editings, click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Adding Transaction Type<\/h2>\n

    It is necessary to add a new Account Transaction Type in order to determine the new created account will be establishing debit\/credit relation between which accounts.<\/p>\n

    Go to Manage > Accounts > Transaction Types<\/strong> from here click on Add Account Transaction Type<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n

      Default Target Account: <\/strong>Select Receivables template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3- Adding Account Template<\/h2>\n

      Go to Manage > Tickets > Calculation Templates<\/strong> from here Add Calculation Template<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        Template Name: <\/strong>Write the name of calculation template here. (For example Service Charge)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        Account Transaction Type: <\/strong>Select Service Charge Transactions template.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        Calculation Method: <\/strong>Select the template which desired to be reflected on the ticket.\u00a0<\/strong>In the example it is selected as rate from ticket amount.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        Rate and Amount: <\/strong>Reflect desired % of service charge by writing rate or amount in here.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Adding Calculation Selector<\/h2>\n

        It is necessary step for adding the created Account Template into the ticket. Go to Manage > Tickets > Calculation Selectors<\/strong> from here Add Calculation Selector<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        General Settings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Name: <\/strong>Write the name of calculation selector. (For example Add Service Charge)<\/li>\n
        • Calculation Template: <\/strong>Click on Add button and select previously created calculation template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Mappings Section;<\/strong><\/p>\n

          In here it is determined that the created calculation will be working for which departments or ticket types by adding at least one row.<\/p>\n
